My experience with Grace initially was amazing-- she was kind and excited to work with my husband and I for our upcoming wedding. Day of, she was early and incredibly kind and helpful. I felt so lucky that I had hired such an amazing photographer. Verbally she had let us know that our photos should be delivered in 6-8 weeks from our wedding. It is now 8 months later and we have only received our sneak peak (which has now been taken down so we do not have access to it) and have had no response from Grace each time we have reached out. It seems based on other reviews that this has become a recent trend and it makes me increasingly nervous and heartbroken that we may never receive the photos from one of the most important days of our life.

Let my story be your warning to NOT use this photographer.
We had signed out contract with Acute Lens Photography and paid our deposit. We had emailed back and forth to confirm date, time, and location for our engagement shoot. We drove from Olympia Washington to just outside of Cannon Beach Oregon. We are in the parking lot and notified Grace that we are there for our engagement shoot. Grace calls me and tells me she double booked us! Even after confirming date, time, and location she still managed to double book us. We requested a refund because at that point trust is broken and I don't trust that she would show up on my wedding day. Grace REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND! She refused to give us a refund even though she is the one that double booked us and failed to do her job. I feel like I got scammed. She took my money, did not provide ANY services, and then ignored all my emails. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.
