Soraya Vermeulen - Harpist

Soraya Vermeulen is an award-winning harpist based in Leicestershire and Greater London.

Soraya graduated in 2014 from Trinity Laban Conservatoire, London, with a Masters in Music with Distinction, following a BMus First Class Honours Degree in harp performance. She has performed, among others, alongside, Andrea Bocelli, Rod Stewart, Alfie Boe, Michael Ball, Gregory Porter, Pixie Lott, Laura Mvula, Katie Melua and the West End cast of War Horse.

The harp is one of the most beautiful and romantic of instruments and adds a special touch to weddings. Prelude music whilst your guests arrive sets the scene. A special piece as the bride enters and a musical interlude during the signing of the register is followed by joyous and uplifting music as the bride and groom exit. Beautiful, atmospheric live music for your guests will ensure a perfect day and everlasting, wonderful memories! 

Soraya also provides music for both drinks receptions and wedding breakfasts and offers all types of musical advice to enhance your day. Special requests are always more than welcome!
