Marc Hoffman

Professional, creative and diverse -- Marc Hoffman's range of keyboard styles and exceptional vocals make him the ideal musical choice for any wedding celebration, corporate event, cocktail party or private function, large or small. Marc is a highly respected pianist and vocalist and strives to provides the ideal music to compliment any occasion. With vast repertoire and a willingness to learn new songs and pieces as well, the musical sky is the limit. To date, Marc has provided music for over 200 wedding events and literally thousands of others. Marc carefully chooses the perfect music for each event, whether background or performance, and is available for bookings as a soloist or with duo, trio, or other ensembles. 

Marc has performed in concert and at festivals, weddings, corporate events, civic functions, and in jazz clubs both nationally and internationally. As a solo performer or with his trio and other ensembles, Marc has entertained crowds in the US at the North Charleston Coliseum, Speedway Motorsports Inc., Blumenthal Center, Grove Park Inn, Charlotte City Club and many other venues. His performances abroad have taken him to the UK, France, The Netherlands and Germany. Along with his band Marc was exclusive musical entertainment for former President Gerald Ford's family during his granddaughter's wedding reception. This is a testament to Marc's versatility and professionalism, as he performs all styles from classical to jazz. 

A graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts, Marc also studied film scoring at the University of Southern California and composition at the Dartington School in the UK. Active as composer and music supervisor Marc's recent film work includes feature's "40 Fears" for Dalliance Films, and "The Mill" for Forever Young Productions. Marc began his film work as music historian for the 1985 film, "Revolution." Marc's songs, concert pieces and other music have been used in films, commercials and plays and performed by orchestras and other ensembles in the US and abroad.
