Words cannot express how thankful we are for Irene and team for their wonderful service at Highemotions Wedding. Every aspect of our experience with Irene was simply fanstastic, and it truly displays her professionalism, great work ethic, and excellent taste in aesthetics. We just had our wedding in September, 2022 in Vienna and it was everything we dreamt of and more. Our process started in 2020, but plans were derailed due to the pandemic. During that time, Irene kept in touch with us from time to time but only to check in to make sure us and our families were doing ok. It made us feel that she truly cared about us and we were not just her clients. When it was time to get down to planning in 2022, Irene was simply a superstar. She was able to provide us with so many valuable suggestions because of her wealth of knowledge and experience. She gave us choices and insights on the different topics, and made the navigation process as easy as possible. She was always organized, prepared and thorough. And when I say she is organized, I have never met someone as organized as her. Everything was presented to us very clearly, with references and hyperlinks for more information. We were always fully aware of what we needed to do and how far along we were in the process. And when it came to making decisions, she was always respectful of our opinions and considerate of our wishes and circumstances. She was never pushy about any subject matters and was always understanding, even though we were often tardy in our response times to emails and deadlines. When we encountered some major challenges, she thought ten steps ahead and presented us with the best options promptly and with our best interest in mind. In addition, she is well connected within the industry and has great relationships with many excellent photographers, videographers, florists, venues, etc. For example, we love our photographer, Nikol, and the work she has done for us. When we arrived in Vienna, she made us and all of our guests feel so welcome and excited for the celebration. On the actual wedding day, Irene and her husband Mihai were there for us every step of the way. They were attentive, thoughtful and painstakingly ensured that every single detail was in place and that every element went smoothly. We felt very well taken care of, and all we had to worry about was to have a great time. We had a blast at our wedding! Everything went on without a hinge, and our venue and all the decorations were simply breathtaking. Irene and her team at Highemotions Wedding truly made our dream wedding come true, and we are forever grateful.

We were travelling from our home in Pennsylvania to Austria for our Elopement and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of planning with Irene. She provided up-front information, detailed considerations, and seamless organization all while taking the time to learn about us as a couple and our vision for the wedding day. Communication was always considerate of the time zone differences and included email, planning platform, and video calls. A diverse variety of vendors were available to choose from with specific recommendations from Irene since she has dedicated the time to build professional relationships with high quality services. The wedding day went so smoothly and without any stress as Irene & Mihai have impeccable organization. It truly felt like we had a second family with us for support on the day and getting to know them personally was an extra joy. I am extremely grateful that we had High Emotions Weddings as our wedding planner.

Before we got in touch with High Emotions Wedding planners, we were seriously struggling with our wedding organization and it was affecting our ceremony dates and the celebration itself. Furthermore, I am Russian and my at-that-time-husband-to-be is Egyptian, and we both have been living in the UAE for the past 10 years - that was not making the process of preparing documents for the wedding in Austria any easier.

So, when we finally found High Emotions Weddings - Irene and Mihai literally saved our wedding! They knew exactly which loose ends we need to tie up! And most importantly - they did everything on time and in a very short timeframe, which I honestly thought was not possible to do.

Their complete understanding of document requirements and processes for legal marriage registration, level of professionalism, strict adherence to the deadlines, and prompt reaction to any issues - it all saved our wedding date. Moreover, their friendliness, politeness, understanding, and confidence helped to keep our nerves calm, which is a very important factor in any wedding planning!

They perfectly understood our vision of a dream wedding and all elements of it - and they managed to arrange everything from our list from A to Z (I still don't know how they managed to organize our wedding so perfectly and to get to know our preferences so well as we haven't met face-to-face in real life to discuss any wedding planning, all our meetings were only via Skype - but they knew exactly what we need!)

They managed all our venues - for legal marriage and religious marriage, and the venue for the dinner, venue for the photoshoot, photographer, flowers, transportation, cakes (even Russian traditional cake for the wedding!) - basically anything you need - these guys can do it - I believe this is a real superpower!

They also have a great online tool with all deadlines, very detailed budgets, themes, schedules, music playlists, names, contact details, which enables us to make everything transparent and to eliminate any surprise costs.

Furthermore, they were next to us all the time on our wedding day, which gave me a huge relief and confidence in this happy but also important and worrying day!

I don't know that I can adequately convey how absolutely wonderful Cristina and Irene were throughout the entire process of planning and executing our destination wedding. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they did so under what were (at least for me!) some incredibly challenging circumstances: we are an American couple, living in the UK, who wanted to get married in the Normandy countryside. Did I mention that neither of us speak French? This meant that Cristina and Irene had to seek out and cultivate relationships with an almost entirely new team of vendors, organize communications with a couple in England, and coordinate events for an American guest list... Not only did our three days of wedding events come together splendidly, they did so with almost complete reliance on Cristina and Irene's talents, patience, organizational prowess, and impeccable design. To say it was a perfect day is a vast understatement.

Cristina and Irene put together a beautiful welcome dinner for us near our venue in Caen (not the first place one would think of for outstanding French food and yet they managed to secure exclusive use of a Michelin star restaurant there), our wedding day (held at the Moulin de Bully - a gorgeous setting, but necessitating that all design elements be brought in from elsewhere to achieve the classic, elegant feel we were after), and our day after brunch (also held at the venue). Each event was beautifully crafted with obvious emphasis on the wedding day itself.

Again, words do not do justice to the beautiful day Irene and Cristina crafted for us. It was perfect and when I say perfect - if anything did go amiss with the day, I never heard, knew, or needed to do anything about it. The HEW team handled it. I got to enjoy the entirety of my wedding day with the people I loved. I was able to peruse the table designs as my florist cheerfully went about putting together designs, soaked up the sun during a break with my hair and makeup artist, witnessed all my stationary and guest favors come together, and enjoyed a lunch prepared and packaged for us by our caterers. It was heaven. Irene kept us on time for the ceremony, the quartet played the loveliest rendition of one of my favorite music pieces of all time, and my DJ handed me a microphone just in time to read my vows! I got to actually eat the phenomenal food I had chosen (how many brides can say that?) in the beautiful atmosphere and ambience created by Cristina and Irene.

Cristina and Irene had created a Normandy wedding team out of thin air and managed each moving piece seamlessly. I don't know that I will ever be able to thank them enough for my wedding day and I can't imagine trusting anyone else to have carried out such an undertaking.
