Following two distinctions in the Major of Economics & Psychology (Brown University, USA), an MPhil with Honors in Economics (University of Cambridge, UK), courses in Art History at the prestigious Christie's of London and painting courses in Athens, Maria is able to meld the practical, directorial, and superintending aspects of event organization with the art of styling, living, and celebrating. With vast skills and understanding of art and current art world practice, Maria's high level of academic and critical interpretation of art, including a grounding in the methodologies of art history and contemporary, combined to a keen eye for detail, an outré stylistic vision, and fondness for the immersive, have carved her path as a wedding progettista, for almost two decades, injecting events with the dernier cri and profuse ambiance a luxury affair deserves. Maria has not only been named one of the best wedding planners in Greece by Harper's Bazaar; her works have also been featured in countless publications, Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Marie Claire, Style Me Pretty, Hello, Life & Style among them. She has also taken a vital part at major international events as a member of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Organization Committee, Marie Claire's Power Trip, IHME GDB Technical Workshop and others.
