Where do I even start? I came across Plug In Audiovisual through Instagram early on in my destination wedding planning. Originally I had opted into the audio provided by the resort, but after viewing only a few short videos, we knew we wanted them apart of our day. Katherine was professional and honestly a positive reinforcement in my days providing me with constant piece of mind and navigating me through the challenges I was facing with my wedding coordinator. This was so above and beyond her services yet she was always by my side. Unfortunately, only days before our departure we were faced with the decision to postpone due to COVID. Katherine immediately reached out and not only offered extensions and her kind words, she did so all while facing her own concerns with the current times. We have since decided to relocate our wedding to the states and were saddened when we had to relay this. It is no surprise that Katherine and Augstin went absolutely above and beyond AGAIN by providing us with almost two hours of music they personally mixed for us to use on our new wedding day. While we won't get to experience the full package service we know they would have delivered, we are elated that our own personal mix is ours to share with guests on our rescheduled day and something we get to cherish forever. Look no further! This company is beyond and I will forever refer them!
