It all started with a peruvian gastronomy that has been inspired by spanish and Italian dishes. The richness of its lands and my cultural diversity make Peru a country of exquisite and varied gastronomy. Each city has a typical dish with a unique flavor.There for this journey of flavors has taking me to demonstrate my appreciation for my own family recipes.
