We work in conjunction with your full service caterer of choice for your wedding reception meal or we are one of a few specialized food truck caterers servicing your big day. It is your day and the world is your oyster, seriously! Our oyster shuckers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The raw bar ice display is luxurious and a culinary experience you and your guests will not forget. If you prefer, we also offer Floating Shucker service that will mingle amongst your guests while providing personalized hand-shucking service.
