Wanting to blend my cake obsession with my passion for hospitality, I started Shannon Turner Cakes in 2017, with the highest dedication to providing beautiful and delicious cakes, as well as a phenomenal customer service experience.
I specialize in the creation of beautiful, realistic wafer paper and sugar flowers to elevate the design of your cake.Â
It is said that "you eat with your eyes first". This is true. Your cake must be beautiful. But it also must be delicious. It is with this in mind that I begin my work each day. Every time I create a cake, it is a sacrament. From the first sketch to the first slice on the plate, I am joyfully moved and lovingly in service.
