Icing on the Cake was started by Tammy Jeter, an Army wife and veteran herself, when she finished her career in the Army and wanted to follow her true passion of baking. It is clear that this woman puts her heart into every confection she makes. From using the best and richest ingredients to beautifully decorating the cakes, Tammy is also a local baker with talent. She specializes in making gourmet cakes, working with fondant, and creating elegant wedding cakes in Manassas, Va.

Tammy was very professional throughout the whole business ordeal for the wedding cake. We had a very simple and smaller wedding. But the cake definately made it very special. We had so many compliments on the appearance and flavor that guests were asking who we used. She makes the best tasting buttercream too. She is our families go to baker for all events! Never disappointed.

Best baker a bride could ask for on her wedding day! Prices were great! We were able to save and apply more money to other areas of the wedding planning. Being able to count on her for all the dessert stuff and having it under control from day 1 through the actual event, really took a big chunk of stress off of me. Highly recommend!!!
