If you are having trouble transferring your funds to your bank account, it could mean one of these issues is at play.   

  • For joint accounts just enter one name
  • Make sure you input your name exactly how it appears on your bank account including middle initial if needed.
  • Double check that you are using a Checking account because we do not make transfers to Savings accounts.
  • Make sure the billing address you input is the same address that is associated with your bank account.
  • We only transfer to U.S. bank accounts, we don’t transfer funds internationally.
