If you are having trouble transferring your funds to your bank account, it could mean one of these issues is at play.
For joint accounts just enter one name
Make sure you input your name exactly how it appears on your bank account including middle initial if needed.
Double check that you are using a Checking account because we do not make transfers to Savings accounts.
Make sure the billing address you input is the same address that is associated with your bank account.
We only transfer to U.S. bank accounts, we don’t transfer funds internationally.
