If a gift arrives damaged then you can email us at Support@weddingchicks.com to request a replacement product. You will then have to ship the product back to Wedding Chicks before your replacement product is sent. In the event you aren’t seeking a replacement product, then the regular return policy applies.
Gifts purchased by the Registered couple can be returned for full cash refund within 30 days of the product delivery date.
Gifts purchased by the Registered couple's guests can only be returned for store credit in the amount of the purchased product within 30 days of the product delivery date.
Prior to delivery, registered couple's have the option to confirm gifts or convert them to Wedding Chicks store credit.
